barcodes are vital for the tracking of your document holdings. LAT's
carton barcodes are 80mm x 45mm with an additional 2 tabs (10mm x 45mm)
which carry the same number as the main barcode. You can place one of
these tabs inside the carton so that it can be identified if something
happens to the main barcode. The other tab can be used on your index
listing which avoids transposition and other writing errors. |

elected to use file management for your holdings. These labels are 60mm
x 25mm, so are large enough to be clearly readable, but not too large as
to interfere with any other markings on the file. |
